Refund Policy

At The Better Men Project,  we curate exclusive, high-value events to foster meaningful peer connections among men. Due to the personalised nature and limited capacity of our experiences, we have established the following refund policy:
1. Event Booking Fees
All event bookings are final and non-refundable. This ensures fairness to all participants and helps maintain the exclusivity and quality of our gatherings.
2. Cancellations
If you are unable to attend an event:

  • 72+ hours before the event: You may request to transfer your booking to another upcoming event (subject to availability and at the platform’s discretion).

  • Less than 72 hours: No refund or transfer is available due to logistical and commitment-related constraints.

3. Event Changes or Cancellations by Us
In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule:

  • You will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future event.

4. No-Shows
No refunds or transfers will be provided for no-shows.
5. Exceptional Cases
Refund requests for medical or emergency situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.
