Welcome to The Better Men Project, an exclusive peer-to-peer (P2P) platform for men seeking meaningful, high-value knowledge, learning and sharing through curated experiences.
By accessing or using our platform, purchasing event tickets, or participating in any event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership & Eligibility

• Access to events and the platform is reserved for approved members only.

• You must be 21 years or older to register and participate.

• Membership is subject to vetting and approval; we reserve the right to accept or reject applicants at our discretion.

2. Event Access & Payment

• Each event is individually priced. Payment is required at the time of booking.

• Attendance is limited; bookings are first-come, first-served.

• We reserve the right to cancel or modify events. In such cases, refunds or credits will be issued.

3. Code of Conduct
To maintain the integrity of our community, all members are expected to:

• Show respect, discretion, and professionalism at all times.

• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding personal or sensitive information shared at events.

Violations may result in immediate removal from the event, suspension, or permanent termination of membership without refund.
4. Privacy & Confidentiality

• We value discretion. Personal information and interactions within the platform or events are to remain confidential.

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required by law or to deliver services you’ve requested.

5. Intellectual Property

• The Better Men Project owns all content shared on the platform (including event branding, materials, and digital assets).

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Better Men Project is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damages arising from your participation in events or interactions with other members.

• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies your acceptance of any changes.
